A. Items of Defective or Damaged:

Cancellation

Once an order is placed, customers may cancel within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all orders are finalized and cannot be canceled for any reason. Please review your order before confirming and please shop responsibly.

**Please note that returned items that are not accompanied by an authorized RMA or that have been opened are not eligible for a refund or store credit. These items will be returned to you at your expense.

The following DOES NOT qualify as grounds for a refund:

1. "I accidentally ordered the same video twice"
2. "I received the same item as a gift"
3. "I am having financial problems"
4. "I didn't enjoy the video after all"
5. "I didn't enjoy the music in the video"
6. "I changed my mind"
7. "The characters and plot are not interesting"
8. "I made a mistake when I ordered"
9. "I didn't receive any gifts or premiums with the video"
10. "I bought this video as a gift, but the recipient had it already"
11. "I don't want to wait for the backordered item"
12. "I went to the store to buy it before it arrived"
13. "I found it for a lower price somewhere else"
14. "My Region 2 DVD player won't play the Region 1 DVD"
15. "NTSC videos won't play in my PAL system"
16. "My girlfriend/boyfriend ordered the video before we broke up"
17. "I want to protest the logging industry in the Pacific Northwest, so I have to return it"
18. "My political party didn't win the election, so I no longer enjoy anime"
19. "My other personality made me order it"
