2, Will I be charged for tax?
Yes, but ONLY if you are buying from State of California, where the rate is 9.75%.

5, Exchange? Return? Because DVD doesn't work at all!
In case you have problems with any of our products, please contact us at our customer support service. Most of the time problems playing a DVD indicate a defective disk that we can exchange for you. Sometimes DVD's will have a problem from the manufacturer that can effect some or all the DVD's in that production batch.
If you are experiencing a strange problem with a DVD you purchased from us, be sure to check our Return policy to see if we you can get an exchange, and be sure to contact us of the problem. When we receive reports of the same problem from several customers, we will pass the information along to the manufacturer so that they are aware and take corrective action on the issue.
6, Why did you charge my credit card? I haven't receive my stuff yet.
We charge right before we ship out package unless preorder or backorder items. It can be hold up in post office or delay from post office. Please contact post office for more information.
7, You charged me twice, how do I get a refund?
We apologize for any payment errors but if this is the case, you should double-check your statement carefully and contact us immediately. Most of time customers get confused between authorizing and capturing.
When we authorize we don't really charge to your credit card, we just hold on to the amount and when we capture it (which happens when we ship out), it really means we charge to your credit card.
8, Can you give me a price adjustment if I have already bought the product but not receive yet? Because the item I bought is on lower price now.
I apologize but you can't get a price adjustment. We are not a manufacturer so we also buy the products from manufacturer which cost money! If we get our price cheaper from them then we give you a cheaper price.
9, Are your items brand new?
Of course we only carry Brand new and sealed. We never ever carry used products.
10, Can I receive a special discount if I buy a lot?
No, you can't. But you can take advantage of our occasional promotions and events. Always check out our website for these special deals. When we have a promotion of free give out event, then we give you before you ask for it.
11, , Is there any way I can pick up my products in order to avoid shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we don't have a walk in store. Therefore, we can offer such low prices online. Only way to receive your package is by united state post office.
12, What are the region codes for the DVDs?
Anime DVDs that are imported are free region. So they can be played on any DVD player. All the Domestic Anime DVDs are Region Code 1, so they can played on any player made in America.
13, Can I place orders by phone?
Not yet, but we are working on it. Until then, all orders can be placed online. Thank you for your understanding.
14, Where is my confirmation E Mail?
You can check your SPAM box for your confirmation e-mail. Sometimes e-mail providers do not recognize us and automatically send it to your SPAM folder. It is important to type your e-mail address carefully when placing an order. This is ensures that our automatic system sends your confirmation to the correct address. It might be helpful to print your confirmation information immediately after placing an order.
15, My order has not arrived yet. Where could it be?
Please contact us directly if it has been more than a month. Your order may take longer if you purchased preorder items.
16, Do you sell adult DVDs?

17, I'm looking for a specific anime DVD but I can't find it on your site. Can you help me find it
You can contact us by e-mail and our representative will try to locate it on our site. If we don't carry it, it is likely that it is not yet available, so it would not be available on other sites either. However, if the product is available, but not on our site, then we don't have it
18, Where can I get coupons or discounts?
You will be notified of any special events for qualified customers.
19, I want a free gift or merchandise because my package was late!
We are really sorry for the delay, it happens but sorry we cannot give you a free gift or merchandise. I hope we can but it is our policy that we cannot just give out free merchandise as a RETAIL shop.
20, Can I pay with a personal check or money order?
We are only able to accept money orders but we cannot accept personal checks to pay with money order. You need to print our Purchase order Form and send in your order form with your money order. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once we receive your order.
